- > Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- > Minimum of 1 years of experience in the automobile Industry, with minimum experience of 3 years in managerial role, and Marketing & Sales
- > Strong leadership and team management skills
- > Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- > Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- > Sound knowledge of automobile products and Industry trends
- > Financial acumen and budget management experience
- > Ability to make data-driven decisions
- > Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
