+++Responsibilities:
- > Ensuring that all alarms, events and customer calls are handled promptly and professionally.
- > Responding to incoming alarm signals with precision and urgency.
- > Maintaining accurate records of all alarm events and customer interactions.
- > Liaising with clients, technical staff and emergency services.
- > Maintaining accurate records of all alarm events and customer interactions.
- > Operating within a rotating roster to ensure 24/7 coverage.
+++ Requirements
- > Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- > Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to think on your feet and make quick, informed decisions.
- > Good Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and data entry
- > Adaptability: The flexibility to work rostered shifts, including, Night shift, weekends, and holidays.
- > Students who have competed A/L can also apply.
